Hotel Equities was selected as the management firm for the new-build Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Scottsbluff, Neb. Opened in late March, the hotel is targeting tourists visiting the tristate area of Nebraska, Wyoming and Colorado. It is accessible by air from Denver, Colo.; Cheyenne, Wyo.; and Rapid City, S.D.

The hotel stands adjacent to the campus of Western Nebraska Community College. Located close to downtown Scottsbluff, the hotel places guests near local businesses, Monument Mall and the nearby city of Gering, Neb.
