HREC arranges sale of D.C.'s Quincy Hotel to RLCH

HREC Investment Advisors arranged the sale of the 99-guestroom Quincy Hotel located in downtown Washington, D.C.

Kevin Hanley (SVP – Washington, D.C.), Geoff Davis (president & senior principal – New York) and cooperating broker Dana Weinberg of Mid-Atlantic Commercial Realty, exclusively represented the Owner.

The hotel is located in Washington, D.C., within walking distance to The White House, the National Mall, The Washington Convention Center and DuPont Circle.

The buyer, an affiliate of RLHC (Red Lion Hotels Corporation), plans to convert the hotel to its Hotel RL brand shortly after the purchase.

RLHC plans on investing approximately $2.3 million into the building, incorporating new technology and a new lobby.
