HREC arranges sale of Days Inn in Plainfield, Ind.

HREC Investment Advisors arranged the sale of the 63-guestroom Days Inn located in Plainfield, Ind., on behalf of Northpointe Hospitality. Shree Ram Hospitality, an Indiana-based company, was the purchaser.

Tom Sommer, VP based out of the HREC Chicago office, exclusively represented the seller during the transaction.

“The Plainfield market has enjoyed a steady rebound since the recession and continues to capture Indianapolis Airport traveler business following the relocation of the entrance and concourse. The new Days Inn owner will continue to capitalize on the market’s trend with capital upgrades and a refresh,” Sommer said.
