HREC arranges sale of the Valley River Inn in Eugene, Ore.

HREC Investment Advisors arranged the sale of the 257-room Valley River Inn in Eugene, Ore., on behalf of a private equity opportunity fund.

Michael Blahosky (SVP – Southfield), Scott Kaniewski (SVP – Chicago) and Geoff Davis (president & senior principal – Denver), exclusively represented the seller during the transaction. The buyer is a joint venture of Rockbridge Capital and Davidson Hotels.

Other major area demand includes the University of Oregon, located roughly two miles from the hotel.
