HVMG to manage three new Marriott properties

Hospitality Ventures Management Group (HVMG) was selected by Garrison Investment Group to operate three Courtyard by Marriott Hotels in Myrtle Beach, S.C., Naples and Ft. Lauderdale/Coral Springs, Fla. These three hotels bring HVMG's managed portfolio to 42 hotels and 8,060 rooms in 16 states nationwide. 

Located at 3250 US 41 North in downtown Naples, the 102-room and suite Courtyard by Marriott Naples recently completed a major renovation to upgrade guestrooms and lobby space. The property is convenient to the Gulf of Mexico, the Naples Zoo and the Florida Everglades.

The 110-room and suite Courtyard by Marriott Fort Lauderdale Coral Springs boasts a prime location in Broward County at 620 N. University Drive, a short drive from such attractions as Pompano Beach, Heron Bay Golf Club, Parkland Music Academy, Butterfly World, Seminole Casino Coconut Creek and Sawgrass Mills Mall.

With a recently renovated lobby, the 157-room and suite Courtyard by Marriott Myrtle Beach Barefoot Landing is located just one mile from the beach. The upgrade included the addition of the Bistro - Eat. Drink. Connect.

All Courtyard by Marriott hotels provide free, high-speed Internet access, fitness center, swimming pool and meeting space.
