Hyatt to open its first Austrian hotel

Hyatt Hotels will open its first hotel in Austria in June.

Park Hyatt Vienna will be located in the city's Goldenes Quartier, on the Am Hof square, in a 100-year-old building that formerly served as the headquarters of the Austrian Hungarian Monarchy Bank. It will have 143 guestrooms, including 35 suites, ranging in size from 114 square feet to 557 square feet, and 2,624 square feet of meeting space.

The property will also include an all-day dining restaurant, a bar with outdoor terrace seating, a lounge and a whisky and cigar living room. A 3,280-square-foot spa area will house a 49-foot indor swimming pool and fitness center.
