Due to increased interest, the deadline for submissions for the 2019 HAMA Europe Asset Management Achievement Award has been extended to January 30.
IHIF and HAMA Europe are continuing to accept nominations for the fourth annual award, which recognizes exemplary work in asset management initiatives for the hospitality industry.
The award is co-sponsored by Hotel Management's parent, Questex Hospitality Group, HAMA Europe and HotStats and will be presented during the International Hotel Investment Forum on March 4 at the InterContinental Hotel, Berlin.
The award was created to recognize the best hotel project that has led the way in providing innovative solutions and maximizing return on investment, as well as growing the value, for a particular asset over the past three years.
Hoteliers can submit their application in one of three categories: Best Value-Add Strategy, Best Sustainability Strategy or Best Repositioning Strategy
There will be one winner announced within each category and one overall winner. Subcategory winners will be invited to showcase their project and participate in the asset management panel at IHIF on March 5 at noon.
