IPD Hospitality picks up management of 3 new properties

IPD Hospitality added three hotels to its portfolio: The Holiday Inn Express in Hillsville, Va.; the Comfort Suites in Milwaukee; and the Sleep Inn in Ladson, S.C.

The Holiday Inn Express in Hillsville recently completed a renovation and offers 54 guestrooms. The 120-room Comfort Suites in Milwaukee is undergoing a renovation, and the Sleep Inn is a brand new build.

“Business and leisure travelers alike will enjoy all these cities have to offer,” Richard Norton, president of IPD Hospitality, said in a statement. “Outdoor enthusiasts will enjoy the local attractions while business travelers will gain easy access to the area’s major corporations.”

IPD Hospitality, a third-party-management company based in Atlanta, will manage the properties. IPD operates full-service, select-service and extended-stay hotels for most major brands. Norton has more than 30 years of experience and has put together a team of individuals with decades of experience in the hospitality industry. IPD provides a variety of services for hotel owners and investors, including consulting, development, design, construction, sales, marketing, accounting and revenue management.

“We are thrilled to partner with the owners of these three hotels as they share our vision and approach to exemplary customer service,” Norton said in a statement. “We are looking forward to embedding ourselves in these communities and fostering a great working relationship.”
