Island Hospitality Management has added three WaterWalk properties with two different ownership groups to its nationwide portfolio. The properties are located in Centennial, Colo., and San Antonio and Richardson, Texas.

WaterWalk San Antonio at the Rim
The WaterWalk San Antonio at the Rim has multiple room sizes and layouts. Amenities include a 24/7 fitness center, outdoor pool, outdoor grilling/BBQ area, grocery/breakfast delivery service and weekly housekeeping. The pet-friendly accommodations also maintain a pet walking area. The staffed front desk oversees secure access to the building, as well as 24-hour check-in services.
WaterWalk Denver Tech Center
The WaterWalk Denver Tech Center has extended-stay suites as well as one-, two- and three-bedroom fully furnished apartment layouts with free breakfast and weekly housekeeping. The property includes a fitness center, outdoor grilling/BBQ area and grocery delivery service.
WaterWalk Dallas-Richardson
The WaterWalk Dallas-Richardson units have in-suite washer/dryer, granite counters and balconies. The property also provides an outdoor seasonal swimming pool, complimentary Wi-Fi, coffee & tea bar, fitness center, outdoor cooking space and business center. The WaterWalk also offers 24-hour concierge, dry cleaning and grocery delivery services.
