JLL arranges sale of the Hilton Pasadena

JLL's Hotels & Hospitality Group's Los Angeles team arranged the sale of the Hilton Pasadena on behalf of Amstar Group to AXA Real Estate Investors U.S. and Aimbridge Hospitality.

The 296-room Hilton Pasadena is a full-service hotel surrounded by high-end residential, retail and Class-A office space. The property has three food-and-beverage outlets and over 28,000 square feet of meeting space ideally situated within downtown Pasadena and across the street from the recently renovated Pasadena Convention Center.

Managing director John Strauss, SVP Tony Muscio and Samantha Fisher led the JLL team on the transaction.
