La Quinta opens two West Virginia hotels

La Quinta Holdings entered West Virginia with the opening of La Quinta Inn & Suites franchise hotels in Elkview and Summersville, West Virginia. 

The hotels are owned and operated by Emerald Coast Hospitality, and have nearly 200 rooms and a number of amenities designed to provide guests with a refreshing and engaging experience.

The five-floor, 90-room Elkview hotel is located 15 minutes east of the state’s capital of Charleston on Interstate 79 and offers guests access to The Clay Center for the Arts and Sciences, the West Virginia State Museum and the Elk River Wildlife Management Area.

The four-floor, 104-room Summersville hotel provides guests access to the Gauley River National Recreation area, known for its whitewater rafting and Summersville Lake.

Both hotels have spacious guestrooms and prime locations near business, leisure and entertainment centers. Amenities include complimentary high-speed Internet and Bright Side Breakfast executive workstations, 24-hour indoor pool, spa, and fitness centers, and both hotels participate in the La Quinta Returns guest loyalty program that offers free nights.
