Under Blum's guidance, a four-part approach to the quality assurance process will be implemented, utilizing focus-directed effort, passion for continued improvement, the utilization of accurate data and total team involvement.

“I’m excited to be a champion of LBA’s longstanding dedication to elevating our associates by training and developing them to provide an exceptional guest experience,” Blum said. “Acting on this philosophy distinguishes LBA and compels our guests to become repeat customers.”

Blum, who has more than 20 years of expertise in the hospitality industry, most recently served as VP of operations for SREE Hotels. He has received numerous awards from the Marriott and Hilton bands for associate development, guest satisfaction and financial performance.
