LBA Hospitality appointed Michael Blum to VP of operations.
In his new role, Blum will oversee operations, total quality management, sales, associate development, financial controls and guest satisfaction for LBA's more than 60 properties across the Southeast.
“Michael is well-versed in all things sales, operations and financials, and he also possesses the in-depth experience with the Hilton and Marriott brands - an asset that sets the LBA team apart from its competitors,” said president Beau Benton.
Under Blum's guidance, a four-part approach to the quality assurance process will be implemented, utilizing focus-directed effort, passion for continued improvement, the utilization of accurate data and total team involvement.

Blum, who has more than 20 years of expertise in the hospitality industry, most recently served as VP of operations for SREE Hotels. He has received numerous awards from the Marriott and Hilton bands for associate development, guest satisfaction and financial performance.
