LBA Hospitality assumes management of Savannah Holiday Inn

LBA Hospitality assumed management of the Holiday Inn Savannah Historic District. The Holiday Inn’s addition marks the second property under management with Miami-based ownership group Key International.

The 127-room hotel was renovated in June 2015 and reflagged as a Holiday Inn. Nearby attractions, including Ships Of The Sea Maritime Museum and City Market, an 18th-century open-air marketplace, are located within walking distance.

Contemporary suites and guestrooms include Wi-Fi, a flat-screen TV, coffeemakers, mini-fridge and desk. The hotel’s amenities include an outdoor pool, ballroom, meeting space accommodating up to 160 people and a full-service restaurant and bar. Other amenities include valet parking, concierge, in-house laundry and a fitness center.
