Lexington by Vantage opens four properties

Lexington by Vantage opened four properties and added 290 rooms to its portfolio.

Now flying the Lexington flag are the Lexington Hotel & Suites in Fountain Hills, Ariz., (North Scottsdale area); the Lexington Inn & Suites in Joliet, Ill., (suburb of Chicago); and the Lexington Inn & Suites in Columbus, Ohio (less than eight miles from the Ohio Expo Center and The Ohio State University). In addition, a Lexington Inn was added in Ardmore, Oklahoma (located halfway between Dallas and Oklahoma City) and is expected to open in April.

“Hotel owners are continuing to hear about the successes that our members have had. They see our strong track record, our culture, and the impressive results. And they’re taking advantage of our comprehensive resources that lead to long-term ROI, as opposed to other brands’ short-term incentives that have long-term consequences,” said Lexington group president Bill Hanley.
