Mandarin Oriental out as manager of Elbow Beach in Bermuda

The Elbow Beach Hotel & Development Company will assume management of the Elbow Beach Hotel as of April 1, 2014, when the current management contract held by Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group expires on March 31, 2014.

“The ownership and board of Elbow Beach Hotel would like to express their appreciation for the exceptional management services that Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group has provided over the years," said Ayed Al Jeaid, board chairman of The Elbow Beach Hotel & Development Company. "We are confident that the resort will remain well positioned for success.”

Following Mandarin Oriental’s departure on March 31, 2014, the resort will continue to operate as usual.
