Marcus & Millichap arranges sale of the Ramada Austin Central

Marcus & Millichap sold the Ramada Austin Central, a 137-room, interior-corridor, midscale hotel near downtown Austin. The terms of the sale were not released.

The hotel is located north of the University of Texas (UT Austin). The location provides access to Austin’s other thoroughfares, including U.S. Highway 183. The Lyndon Baines Johnson Library and Museum is three miles away, and UT Austin is less than five miles away.

Built in 1981, the Ramada Austin Central recently received more than $1.52 million in property improvements. Amenities include a swimming pool with sun deck, fitness center and complimentary breakfast bar with dining area. Guestrooms have flat-screen televisions, microwaves and refrigerators.
