The Mayfair Hotel in St. Louis, Mo., to re-open as the Magnolia Hotel

The Mayfair Hotel will re-open next week in downtown St. Louis, Mo., as the Magnolia Hotel.

The hotel, named to the National Register of Historic Places 35 years ago, was purchased by Stout Street Hospitality in 2003 and closed in 2013 for renovations.

The hotel has 182 rooms, and offers a complimentary breakfast, evening beer and wine receptions, cookies and milk, and downtown town car transportation.
