My Place Hotel opens in Aberdeen, S.D.

The Aberdeen, S.D., My Place Hotel opened. The flagship property of My Place Hotels began construction on Oct. 6, 2014, and offers 46 extended-stay guestrooms with HDTVs and a kitchen. 

The hotel will soon host the brand's training headquarters on its first floor, dubbed My Place University. The space will train franchisees and their employees to learn and perform the brand’s standards in hospitality operations. 

My Place Hotels currently has 15 hotels open and operating with a near-term pipeline of over 18 additional hotels and mid-term commitments for upwards of 40 more hotels to follow, planned in more than a dozen states.
