Naples Hotel Group to manage Wingate by Wyndham in Miramar, Fla.

Hotel management company Naples Hotel Group has been awarded the management contract for the Wingate by Wyndham in Miramar, Fla. This is their second Wyndham hotel acquired and first in the Ft. Lauderdale area.

The hotel will be brought into the Naples Hotel Group portfolio under the leadership of Andrew Bou-Sliman, VP of development & acquisitions, and Paul Tyson, VP of operations.

The 100-room hotel is located off Interstate 75 and the Florida Turnpike in South Florida. The hotel is a few blocks from the recently opened $156 million Florida FBI Headquarters. It is proximate to both downtown Fort Lauderdale and Miami.
