New Cambria Suites planned for Miami Beach

Choice Hotels International signed an agreement with franchise partner CGI Merchant Group and 163rd St. Executive Center to develop a new Cambria property in North Miami Beach. The 165-room hotel is expected to open in 2017.

AFIN Developer Group will play a role in the development of the 165-room hotel and 20,000 square feet of ground floor retail.
