New Courtyard by Marriott to open in Palm Beach/Jupiter, Fla.

The Courtyard by Marriott Palm Beach Jupiter, Fla., will open Tuesday Aug. 12.

The 128-room hotel is located across the street from Roger Dean Stadium. Hotel amenities include 2,500 square feet of event space, a coffee shop and full-service bar, outdoor swimming pool, fitness center, guest laundry and a business center. Palm Beach County helped the hotel’s developer, Finvarb Group, secure a $2.3 million federal loan to help finance the $20 million project. The loan guidelines require the hotel to create 68 full-time jobs within five years.

An analysis performed by the county’s Department of Economic Sustainability estimates the project will have an economic impact of $31.4 million over a five-year period.
