New Hilton Garden Inn planned for Bellevue, Wash.

West77 Partners, along with The Hotel Group (THG), announced the construction of a new 254-room Hilton Garden Inn in downtown Bellevue, Wash. The Hotel Group was awarded the management contract. Located two blocks east of the Bellevue Square Mall, the Hilton Garden inn Seattle/Bellevue is scheduled for completion in winter 2016/2017.

The hotel was designed by Jensen Fey Architects and is currently being constructed by Vandervert Construction. The hotel will have a custom layout, state of the art technology and contemporary finishes inside and out.
