New Home2 Suites coming to Brookfield, Wis., in 2016

Kinseth Hospitality began construction on a new Home2 Suites by Hilton near I-94 between Brookfield and Waukesha, Wis. The $12-million project has been in the works for more than a year, and will occupy the last undeveloped parcel in the Goerkes Park office development.

The 105-room hotel will open in fall of 2016 at 650 Larry Court. Amcon Design & Construction is the contractor for the project.

The hotel will offer extended stay rooms for guests, along with an outdoor walking trail and a saline pool.

Kinseth is based in North Liberty, Iowa, and operates 65 hotels in 11 states.
