New Trump Tower planned for Baku

The Trump International Hotel & Tower Baku is being develope in the Nasimi District of Baku, Azerbaijan. The 33-floor property will have 72 residences and 189 hotel rooms.

The hotel is located on 215,278 square feet of land, and the design of the tower is being spearheaded by Mixity Design, headquartered in London, UK, with the construction being carried out by Garant Holding. The 72 residential units will be available on a long-term lease basis and range in size from 904 to 9,579 square feet.

Amenities will include a 15,166-square-foot spa with indoor swimming pools, 4,305-square-foot fitness center, 20,990-square-foot business center, 1,582 square feet of retail and a restaurant.
