New York's LaGuardia Plaza Hotel completes $5M update

Synergy Hospitality, a hotel management company based in Wayne, Pa., completed a $5-million renovation of the LaGuardia Plaza Hotel in East Elmhurst, N.Y.

Synergy Hospitality and New Penn Management collaborated on the LaGuardia Plaza Hotel in October 2013, and immediately began the redevelopment, which included renovations for many of the guestrooms and 9,000 square feet of flexible meeting space. This project also included a redesign of the hotel’s lounge, amenities and branding.
