Noble House Hotels & Resorts makes 4 executive appointments

Ownership and management group Noble House Hotels & Resorts has promoted four of its own to prominent leadership positions. Together, the four executives have worked a combined 44 years at Noble House.

Scott Colee, the company’s new chief marketing and creative officer, has been with Noble House for nearly 12 years as a member of its board of directors and chief creative officer.  In his new role, he will provide direction for all marketing outreach, collaborate with the sales and revenue teams and continue to lead the company’s in-house creative agency, design and retail efforts.

Sean Mullen has worked with Noble House for 10 years, first as chief sales and marketing officer, then president of acquisitions and now president of sales, revenue management and acquisitions. In addition to continuing to acquire new properties, Mullen will oversee the sales, revenue management and central reservation teams and work closely with Colee on Noble House’s marketing strategy.

Of the four new appointments, Don Dennis, Noble House’s new president of operations, has been with the company the longest, nearly 17 years. During that time, he served as GM of several hotels before rising to VP, regional managing director for the West Coast last year. In his new role, he will work directly with GMs, regional managing directors and the corporate operations team.

Marco Perry, previously managing director for the LaPlaya Beach & Golf Resort in Naples, Fla., and GM of a Palm Springs, Calif., resort, will take Dennis’ spot as VP, regional managing director for the West Coast. In his new position, Perry will provide guidance for the company’s Washington and California properties, including The Edgewater, Argonaut Hotel, River Terrace Inn, Hotel Zoe Fisherman's Wharf, Kona Kai Resort & Spa, L’Auberge Del Mar and The Portofino Hotel & Marina.

Noble House Hotels & Resorts owns and manages 20 hotels, more than 50 restaurants, bars and lounges, the Napa Valley Wine Train and a collection of spas, marinas and private residences.
