Omni Hotels & Resorts acquired the Omni Mount Washington in New Hampshire. The company had been operating the hotel since 2009, but now owns it after purchasing it from CNL Lifestyle Properties, a subsidiary of CNL Financial Group.

"In November 2015, we entered into a purchase and sale agreement for one of our ski and mountain lifestyle properties for $90.5 million, which exceeds the carrying value of the property," CNL said in a financial filing.
