PM Hotel Group has taken over management of the 316-room Hyatt Regency Fairfax (Va.), adding a second Hyatt Hotels Corp. brand to its portfolio.
The recently renovated hotel features nearly 10,000 square feet of meeting space, a bar and grill, a 24-hour market, an indoor pool and a fitness center. It is located about 15 minutes from George Mason University and roughly half an hour outside of Washington, D.C.

PM Hotel Group operates 8,975 hotel guestrooms across 50 hotels and manages a collection of independent and historic properties, as well as 20 Hilton and Marriott International brands.
