PM Hotel Group has taken over management of the 316-room Hyatt Regency Fairfax (Va.), adding a second Hyatt Hotels Corp. brand to its portfolio.

The recently renovated hotel features nearly 10,000 square feet of meeting space, a bar and grill, a 24-hour market, an indoor pool and a fitness center. It is located about 15 minutes from George Mason University and roughly half an hour outside of Washington, D.C.

"Hyatt Regency and the brand's commitment to caring for its people–both guests and team members–are perfectly aligned with our values at PM Hotel Group,” said company President Joseph Bojanowski.
