Preferred and Rosen Hotels enter into regional partnership

Preferred Hotels & Resorts is pleased to announce a new partnership with Orlando-based Rosen Hotels & Resorts. With a shared vision to provide hospitality in an independent hotel setting, the partnership between these two family-owned hospitality companies is designed to create greater awareness of Rosen Hotels & Resorts as the group’s three largest hotels—Rosen Shingle Creek, Rosen Centre and Rosen Plaza—become fully branded members within the Preferred Hotels & Resorts portfolio.

“Guided by Harris Rosen’s unsurpassed standards of quality and service, we are honored that he has chosen Preferred Hotels & Resorts as the global partner to support his brand’s endeavors,” said Lindsey Ueberroth, president & CEO of Preferred Hotels & Resorts. “Orlando is such a beloved destination among our diverse audiences—from families on a multigenerational vacation to planners coordinating a large-scale meeting—so we are excited to introduce new options to these loyal guests upon their next visit.”

The Rosen Plaza Hotel will become a part of the Preferred Hotels & Resorts portfolio.

“Our team is proud to deliver memorable Orlando vacation experiences, and we are delighted to be partnering with Preferred Hotels & Resorts,” said Harris Rosen, president & COO of Rosen Hotels & Resorts. “We look forward to working closely with a fellow family-owned company to promote domestic and international business to Florida and our hotels specifically.”

Effective immediately, all Rosen Hotels & Resorts properties have access to Preferred Hotels & Resorts’ expertise in the group and leisure travel sales sectors and can tap into the brand’s marketing and distribution solutions. In addition, the hotels can provide guests with access to the iPrefer hotel rewards program, which extends points redeemable for free nights and instant benefits such as complimentary Internet and priority check-in/late check-out to members upon every stay at more than 600 Preferred Hotels & Resorts destinations worldwide.
