Albany, N.Y.-based hospitality development and management company Prestige Hospitality Group has signed two new third-party management contracts for hotels located in Kinston, N.C.
PHG will provide hotel management and operation services for the Hampton Inn located at 1382 Hwy 258 South in Kinston. Owned by King’s Hospitality, the 122-room hotel has a ballroom, meeting space, business and fitness centers and an outdoor pool. The hotel completed a renovation in May.
PHG also is set to manage the Holiday Inn Express and Suites located at 1156 Hill Farm Road in Kinston. Owned by Raja Hospitality, the 74-room hotel has business and fitness centers and an outdoor pool. The hotel is currently undergoing a total renovation slated for completion by September.
As the third-party management company, PHG is responsible for daily operations, sales and marketing, and fiscal management designed to maximize the return on investment for owners and developers.
The company opened an office in Charlotte, N.C., in 2018 and has expanded its presence throughout the Southeast region since then.
