Prism Hotels and Resorts, a full-service hotel management, investment and advisory services company, will serve as the management company for two Hilton-branded properties: Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth Alliance Airport and Home2 Suites by Hilton Baytown in Baytown, Texas. Prism Hotels and Resorts’ president and CEO, Steve Van, made the announcement.
“Our team is off and running at these two great Hilton properties. Both hotels are reflective of our track record of working with entrepreneurial owners who have hotel properties in their asset portfolios and need a strong management partner,” Van said in a statement. “Entrepreneurs are in a class all of their own. We speak their language and understand that they expect us to be nimble and deliver results quickly, which we absolutely do.”
The 127-room Hilton Garden Inn Fort Worth Alliance Airport hotel, located at 2600 WestPort Parkway in Fort Worth, Texas, will offer guests a modern hotel option near downtown Fort Worth. Located one mile from the Fort Worth Alliance Airport and minutes from downtown, the hotel has 2,475 square feet of meeting space, an outdoor pool and whirlpool, breakfast, dinner and room service options at their Garden Grill and a bar and lounge. The hotel also has self-adjustable Garden Sleep System beds in every room.
Prism has also been retained to manage the brand new 96-room Home2 Suites by Hilton Baytown, one of Hilton’s newest properties, at which they served as project manager during the hotel’s development. The hotel has met the growing demand for new lodging in the Greater Houston area, which saw a record-breaking 20 million visitors in 2016. The hotel offers all-suite accommodations with fully equipped kitchens and modular furniture, providing guests with a range of value, tech-focused and eco-conscious amenities. The pet-friendly hotel has communal spaces, Spin2 Cycle, Home2 MKT for grab-and-go items and Inspired Table for a complimentary daily breakfast.
Located off Interstate 10 at 7512 Garth Road, Home2 Suites by Hilton Baytown offers guests access to ExxonMobil’s offices and is in within walking distance to several nearby Baytown restaurants.
Prism secured the management as well as advisory and pre-opening services for another Hilton property—the DoubleTree by Hilton Lubbock – University Area in Lubbock, Texas. The 140-room hotel is currently under development and set to open in summer of 2018.
