Red Lion signs franchise agreement for Colorado hotel, opens Detroit airport property

RLHC (Red Lion Hotels Corporation) signed a franchise agreement for a new location in Colorado and also opened a new franchise location near the Detroit Airport.

Expected to convert before the end of the year, the future Red Lion Inn & Suites Fort Collins in Colorado is located northwest of I-25 and State Highway 14. Offering free Wi-Fi and hot breakfast, the hotel is near Colorado State University, Northern Colorado University, Agilent Technologies, Columbine Health Systems, Anheuser-Busch and Kodak.

The Red Lion Inn & Suites Detroit Airport, 9095 Wickham, converted to the brand last week. Located three miles from Detroit Metropolitan Airport, the hotel offers free Wi-Fi and breakfast. Detroit serves as corporate headquarters for General Motors, Ford Motor Company, Chrysler and Quicken Loans.
