The Residence Inn by Marriott in Niles, Ohio, opens

The 103-suite Residence Inn by Marriott in Niles, Ohio is now open for business. The all-suite Residence Inn Youngstown Warren/Niles will operate as a Marriott franchise, developed, owned and managed by TMI Hospitality of Fargo, North Dakota.

The Residence Inn Youngstown Warren/Niles is connected to Eastwood Mall and offers guests access to Covelli Centre and Eastwood Field. Rates will vary depending on length of stay. The hotel is one of 27 hotels in Ohio owned by TMI Hospitality, which operates approximately 200 hotels across 26 states.

The property is designed as an all-suite hotel that offers studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom suites. Designed for stays of five nights or more, each suite has a fully-equipped kitchen with a coffeemaker, microwave oven and residential-sized appliances
