The GuestHouse Inn & Suites Montesano, 100 W. Brumfield Ave., in Western Washington, offers a hot complimentary breakfast, complimentary high speed internet, business center and several shops. The recently renovated hotel is near several Western Washington destinations, including Grays Harbor, Ocean Shores, Westport and the southern end of the Olympic National Forest.

“We have experienced two firsts in the past few weeks,” said RLHCSVP & chief franchise officer Brian Quinn. “We opened our first GuestHouse International franchise and we made our brand debut for Hotel RL in Baltimore.  Incidentally, this is our fifth hotel opening in the past few weeks among four brands.”

Since July 22, RLHC has opened its first GuestHouse International with this location, a new build Red Lion Inn & Suites in Montana, Red Lion Hotels in Southeast Colorado and in Utah, and debuted the Hotel RL brand with the opening in Baltimore’s Inner Harbor. Year to date, the company executed 15 franchise license agreements.

RLHC acquired the intellectual property assets and all hotel franchise license agreements of GuestHouse International in April 2015.  The acquisition expanded the company’s national presence across by adding two recognized hotel brands with 73 GuestHouse International and Settle Inn & Suites franchise license agreements. The transaction more than doubled the RLHC brand portfolio from 57 to 130 hotels in 30 states.
