Rockbridge Capital acquires Oregon Hilton for $44M

The Hilton Eugene (Ore.), was sold for $44.25 million.

Columbus, Ohio-based Rockbridge Capital purchased the hotel. Rockbridge acquired a majority ownership in the hotel, while allowing former owner Davidson Hotels & Resorts to stay on as the property's manager.

In September, Rockbridge also acquired the Valley River Inn in Eugene for $23.75 million. The company is expected to invest in renovations for both hotels.

Rockbridge has made more than 340 debt and equity hotel investments in 44 states over the last 20 years, topping $5 billion in transactions.
