Rydges Hotels and Resorts to manage the Surry Hills Hotel in Sydney, Australia

The Schwartz Family Group appointed Rydges Hotels and Resorts to manage its Surry Hills hotel in Sydney.

The hotel operated as the Sebel Surry Hills since 2008 and has been managed by Accor for the past two years. Beginning April 8, 2014, the hotel will be re-branded as Rydges Sydney Central.

The hotel has 271 contemporary rooms and nine meeting rooms, catering for up to 220 delegates.

Rydges Hotels & Resorts is owned by Amalgamated Holdings Limited, which operates 49 hotels in total under the Rydges, QT, Art Series and Atura brands.
