Sacramento hotel to reopen as a Lexington Q3 2015

Lexington by Vantage, a part of Vantage Hospitality Group, added the Lexington Inn & Suites – Sacramento Cal Expo in Sacramento, Calif.
The Lexington Inn & Suites has 126 rooms and is 100 percent smoke free. Amenities include free hot breakfast and Wi-Fi, a swimming pool, hot tub, fitness center, tennis court, business center, meeting facilities and airport shuttle service. The hotel is situated near popular local attractions such as California State University, the State Capitol building and the California Exposition Center.
“The new owners were looking for a hotel brand that would be their partner and work with them to achieve all their goals. Vantage Hospitality will be that partner with member-driven fees, flexible agreements, and comprehensive revenue management and sales and marketing to drive up their business,” said Mark Williams, group president of Vantage Hospitality’s Upscale Brands.
The property is going through a $1.5-million renovation, and should be open as a Lexington by the third quarter of 2015.
