SLS Hotel planned for Washington, D.C.

A new SLS Hotel is under development in Washington, D.C. The SLS Lux Hotel will have 198 guestrooms and 59 SLS-branded condominiums, and is aiming to open in 2019.

SBE is working with Peebles Corp. to develop the hotel. Peebles agreed to pay the city $28 million for the 20,641-square-foot parcel located in Mount Vernon Triangle.

The new hotel will have spa and dining facilities, as well as executive meeting spaces. A pool is planned for the hotel but not finalized.
