McKibbon Hospitality completed a series of renovations at two of the Marriott-branded hotels it manages in Asheville, N.C. The SpringHill Suites by Marriott Asheville and Courtyard by Marriott Asheville finished a series of multimillion-dollar renovations, overhauling nearly the entirety of the properties. Renovations to the SpringHill Suites included upgrades to the exterior of the hotel, as well as all guestrooms and public spaces. At the Courtyard, renovations include newly updated rooms, an upgraded pool area and a new lobby.
“We are excited to celebrate the completion of major renovations at two of our Asheville hotels,” Todd Kinney, regional VP of operations for McKibbon Hospitality, said in a statement. “With Asheville continuing to be one of the top destinations in the Southeast, we look forward to many future guests enjoying the great new amenities at these hotels.”
The SpringHill Suites by Marriott Asheville offers studio suites, complimentary breakfast and an indoor pool and fitness center. At the Courtyard by Marriott Asheville, guests will have access to a private courtyard with mountain views and a fire pit, an indoor pool, fitness center and a variety of healthy breakfast, dinner and bar options at The Bistro. Both hotels are located in close proximity to the Biltmore Estate, downtown Asheville and the Asheville Mall.
In addition to the SpringHill Suites by Marriott Asheville and Courtyard by Marriott Asheville, McKibbon Hospitality manages the Aloft Asheville Downtown and AC Hotel Asheville Downtown. McKibbon is also currently developing the Hotel Arras and Arras Residences, which are set to open in late 2018.
