Starwood plans new W Hotel in Mexico

Starwood Hotels and Resorts announced plans to open a new W Hotel in Mexico next year.

The company will debut W Punta de Mita in the Los Veneros community on the Riviera Nayarit. The property, scheduled to open in 2016, will have 120 villas. The hotel will have the W Living Room, the W Lounge, the WET outdoor pool deck and a restaurant.

The property will be located about 10 miles from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport.
