TownePlace Suites to open newest property in Iowa

The 99-suite TownePlace Suites by Marriott in West Des Moines, Iowa, is scheduled to open Nov. 23. The TownePlace Suites Des Moines West/Jordan Creek will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned and managed by InterMountain Management of Monroe, La. The hotel is located near the historic Valley Junction and Living History Farms.

Guests have access to a complimentary breakfast buffet every morning in the lobby area, as well as a 24-hour On Us coffee service. Guests can also select food and beverage items from the 24-hour In a Pinch market.
