Two hotels under development near Houston Medical Center

A new development is planned for the Texas Medal Center in Houston. 

Houston-based Medical Center Fannin OST Investments bought a 1.3-acre site from Houston’s Dixon Financial Services, which it plans on redeveloping into two branded hotels. The properties will comprise a total of 325 rooms, and a restaurant is planned for the ground floor.

Development is expected to begin late 2016, to be completed by mid-2018. HarDam Hotels will develop the project, which does not yet have a brand affiliation.
