
Two members of RLHC's (Red Lion Hotels Corporation) leadership team were named to national boards.
Bill Linehan, RLHC chief marketing officer, has been appointed to the Loyalty360 Board of Advisors by the Loyalty Marketers’ Association. The board is comprised of senior executives at Loyalty360 member and sponsor companies, representing both marketing technology providers and customer-focused brands. Members will help Loyalty360 develop clear metrics, best practices, standards and certifications related to customer experience, customer engagement, and other marketing processes within loyalty marketing. Loyalty360 will also tap board members to drive greater participation from the market, in the form of local networking events, research, awards and recognition.
Brian Quinn, RLHC SVP and chief franchise officer, is serving on the American Hotel & Lodging Association 2015-2016 board of directors as an at-large representative. Headquartered in Washington, D.C., AH&LA provides focused advocacy, communications support, and educational resources for an industry of more than 53,000 properties generating $176 billion in annual sales from 5 million guestrooms.
