U.S. hotel performance increased from the previous week and showed positive year-over-year comparisons, according to CoStar’s latest data for the week of Nov. 5-11.
For the week (percentage change from comparable week in 2022):
- Occupancy: 64.8 percent (+0.8 percent)
- Average daily rate: $156.01 (+4 percent)
- Revenue per available room: $101.13 (+4.9 percent)
Top Markets
Among CoStar's Top 25 Markets, Denver saw the largest year-over-year occupancy lift (+9 percent to 69.3 percent).
Dallas reported the largest increases in ADR (+12.6 percent to $136.34) and RevPAR (+22.3 percent to $101.84).
The steepest RevPAR declines were seen in New Orleans (-13.4 percent to $117.26) and San Diego (-8.6 percent to $138.29).
