Vail Resorts Management will manage The Yarrow Resort Hotel & Conference Center in Park City, Utah. The 182-room hotel and conference center was recently remodeled in anticipation of being rebranded as a DoubleTree by Hilton. Vail Resorts has owned and managed the Double Tree by Hilton in Breckenridge, Colo., since 2011.
The Yarrow will continue to be owned by Singerman Real Estate. Andreo Girardi is GM of the hotel.
Vail also manages the Grand Summit Hotel, Sundial and Silverado lodges and additional vacation rentals.
"We are thrilled to bring our same commitment to guest service, employee engagement and community involvement to The Yarrow as we have with the rest of our operations at both Canyons and Park City Mountain Resort," said James O'Donnell, COO of Vail Resorts Hospitality & Real Estate.
