Value Place opens 11th Ohio property

Value Place opened a newly-constructed hotel in Dayton, Ohio, located at 3787 Summit Glen Drive, at the intersection of Interstate 75 and Miamisburg Road. This is the brand's 11th hotel in Ohio, joining Value Place hotels in Cincinnati, Columbus, Akron, and Cleveland. This hotel opened to the public effective October 29, 2014. 

The newest four-story, 124-room hotel will have laundry facilities, high-speed wireless internet and modified kitchens.
