Value Place opens hotel in Hobbs, N.M.

Value Place opened a newly-built hotel in Hobbs, N.M. Value Place partnered with Hobbs VP Investors in the development of the new hotel, which opened to the public on Feb. 2, 2015.

This is Value Place’s third hotel in New Mexico, joining hotels in Albuquerque and Las Cruces.

“We are excited about our new hotel in Hobbs,” said Andy Anderson, EVP of business development at Value Place. “Not only has the population in Hobbs and the surrounding area increased significantly in the past decade, the location is perfect for anyone who might be visiting Lea County and needs an affordable hotel.”

The four-story, 124-room hotel will have laundry facilities, high-speed wireless internet and modified kitchens. The Hobbs hotel will further enhance the Value Place brand by serving customers who are interested in both short-term and long-term lodging options in the southeastern region of New Mexico.
