Value Place opens new Cleveland Airport hotel

Value Place opened a newly-constructed hotel in Cleveland, located at 20829 Emerald Parkway. This is the brand’s 10th hotel in the state and the third serving the Cleveland metro area.

The new four-story, 124-room hotel will have laundry facilities, high-speed wireless internet and modified kitchens.

Value Place is focused on strategic expansion across the U.S. through corporate- and franchise-owned development. Over the next three years, expansion plans include the acquisition of land to build corporate and franchised properties in markets including Miami, Philadelphia, Fort Lauderdale, Boston, Atlanta, Chicago, Minneapolis, Los Angeles, Seattle and Portland.
