Value Place opens new hotel in Virginia Beach, Va

Value Place opened a newly-constructed hotel in Virginia Beach, Va. Value Place partnered with Sandpiper Virginia Beach to open the new hotel, which increases the brand’s hotel count in Virginia to eight, with locations in Richmond, Gainesville and Manassas, among others.

The Value Place hotel is located at 4800 Alicia Drive, near the Virginia Beach Expressway. The location will provide an affordable lodging option with access to the various opportunities and amenities that Virginia Beach and the surrounding region have to offer.

“We are pleased that Sandpiper Virginia Beach, as a member of the Value Place core development group, has continued their aggressive development plan in Virginia,” said Andy Anderson, EVP of business development at Value Place. “Demand for extended-stay hotels is steadily increasing and we are excited to expand our presence in Virginia The four-story, 124-room hotel will feature such guest amenities as laundry facilities, high-speed wireless internet, modified kitchens, and the cleanliness, safety, and security that a Value Place provides to every guest.
