Vision Hospitality Group to manage new Home2 Suites near Nashville

Vision Hospitality Group is managing Hilton Worldwide's newest Home2 Suites property, which opened in near Nashville. The Home2 Suites by Hilton Nashville Franklin Cool Springs consists of 105 suites, and is located at 107 International Drive in Franklin, Tenn., and is within walking distance to shopping, dining and entertainment venues. Williamson County, where the property resides, generated $407 million in tourism revenue in 2015.

“We are excited to be once again expanding in the Nashville metropolitan area, especially in Franklin,” said Mitch Patel, Vision Hospitality’s president & CEO. “Our continued partnership with Hilton Worldwide reinforces our ongoing strategy to invest in premium brands in strong markets. We are happy to add the Home2 Suites by Hilton brand to Vision’s growing portfolio."

The new property is located off Carothers Parkway and Bakers Bridge Road behind Einstein Bros. Bagels. The hotel is surrounded by over 50 corporate headquarters, such as Community Health Systems, Healthways, Iasis Healthcare, Mars Petcare and Nissan North America. Guests will also be able to explore historic downtown Franklin.
